Hi Laser Louts
The results for the first day's racing on Sunday 02 April @ Irvine pond are:
1st Ken Hathaway 7 points
2nd Keith Hull 10 points
3rd Alan Steele 11 points
4rth Robin Anderson 14 points
5th Simon Lawson 16 points
6th Alistair McLauchlin 21 points
7th Steven 33 points
Congrats to Basher Hathaway with a set of very consistent results including 5 firsts to take the overall day win from the deposed Keith HB who struggled a bit with the shifty gusting easterly winds. Alan Steele is showing sum good form in third from new boy on the block Robin Anderson in Fourth. Simon the MM had an uncharacteristic slip down to fifth, perhaps because he forgot to bring the muffins! The other new boys Alistair and Steven brought up the rear, but close enough to suggest they will be trublin the guys at the front of the fleet soon!
The revised official Laser Rygged start times based on today's results are as follows:
Steven -30 seconds
Alistair, Robin & Alan -20 seconds
Ken, Simon & Keith -0 seconds
All to play for on Thursday! |

Well folks we have had the lot from zero to hero and back again, the racing is tight. The Ryyged Starts are working well and mixing up the results
Currently
Alan, Robin, Alistair and Steven are on 20 seconds ahead of main start
Looks like Alistair is due for promotion to the main start in the near future
Overall results 6th April
Joint Tie for First, Basher Hathaway keeps up his good form
1.Ken Hathaway 12pts

3.Alan Steele 18 pts
4.Simon Lawson 20 pts
5.Robin Anderson 21 pts
6.Alistair Mclauchlin 25 pts

Overall Results 9th April Hull is back in control

Overall Results 16th - new boy McLauchlin comes good, going to lose his 20 second start advantage very soon
